Where is this experience happening?

All our craft courses happen at our HQ in Essex: Essex Barn at Rook Hall Farm, Chigborough Road, Heybridge, Essex, CM9 4RB

About the Experience

A one-day course to introduce you to the ancient skill of Fletching! Learn to make your own ammunition! Learning to make your own arrows is not only hugely rewarding as you craft pointy works of art, but you also get the satisfaction of shooting them as well!
During this course you will learn to select and prepare your arrow shafts, learning what to look for and how to cut the nocks. We will teach you to fletch using recommended tools, positioning the feathers correctly and hand binding for that Medieval feel. By the end of the day, you will take home a full set of handmade arrows.

This is an excellent addition to one of our bow making courses.
