We couldn’t have asked for a better start to the new Wild West Experience held on 2nd Dec. Despite the below average temperatures we had 7 magnificent (see what I did there?) customers half of which came in some form of costume and the other half very quickly looked the part!
This taster session saw everyone get to grips with our replica firearms, learning the nuances of the different designs and quickly finding personal favourites. Some steered towards the famous Peacemaker, the Schofields were liked for their reload speeds and of course most enjoyed the lever action rifle.
There was some learning to be had, we arrived armed with various games and challenges but the general feedback was that the plinking targets were fun enough on their own to shoot with plenty of technical challenge around them!
We of course finished on a competition with Robert taking home a quite literal fist full of dollars.
Special mention to Matt pictured in the middle, he drove from Hampshire in full Western/Victorian attire and equally looked quite at home on the archery after!
