A. Can I bring a spectator or carer?

Spectators and anyone required for your personal support are welcome to attend free of charge

A. Are your experiences accessible for disabled customers?

Our outdoor activities are on natural ground with minimal gradients, although situated a bit of a trek from the carpark. We can arrange for you to drive to the activity site in dry conditions – please do get in touch and we will happily do our best to assist

A. Do you offer activities in the winter?

Our outdoor activities are offered throughout the Spring to early Winter months. Archery is offered March to Dec, and Wild West shooting is offered from late Feb to Dec.

A. Can I make a group booking?

Special events such as birthday parties, weddings, corporate days etc can all be accommodated for, please get in touch to discuss our packages and availability

A. I’d like a date not shown on your website

Please do get in touch! With enough notice we can often reshuffle our calendars and always do our best to help people

A. I haven’t received any confirmations for my booking

Look out for an email titled “Your next adventure…” and please check your spam folder and if not found do feel free to give us a call. We can confirm and resend your appointment and you will in addition receive a reminder email closer to the time

A. What happens if I am late?

We will always try to integrate late arrivals into the experiences however we ask that you plan extra time into your journey to allow for any unknowns such as traffic jams. If you are late and miss the vital safety briefings there is a chance that you will not be able to take part. Please see our terms and conditions for more information

A. Can I reschedule my appointment?

A. Do you cancel experiences due to bad weather?

Good news is it takes extreme circumstances to cancel such as heavy snow or strong winds. Otherwise your appointment will go a head as planned

A. Are your experiences outdoors?

Our craft based experiences & courses occur inside our workshops and our activities such as archery & axe throwing are all outdoors. We advise to dress accordingly to embrace the great British weather depending on the forecast.

A. Do I have to be fit for your experiences?

We have equipment suitable for everyone of different ages and abilities. Our instructors will get the best out of everyone

A. Where do you experiences take place?

We work with a number of local venues in order to provide th best experiences please check your confirmation email or the dedicated experience page for the address before travelling. Outdoor activities do not occur at the business address.

A. Is Now Strike for new comers ?

We welcome newbies and tailor all of our experiences to fit your skill level so you are welcome at all levels regardless

A. Where are Now Strike based?

A: We’re located in Essex residing in a 400 year old “Essex Barn” located Rook Hall Farm, Chigborough Rd, Heybridge, Maldon CM9 4RB. Please note that our location isn’t open to the general public without an appointment and that outdoor experiences take place at different addresses. Please check the specific address on your confirmation email.
